Proving That Dreams Come Ture!
To own and operate a campground in the woods along a river had
been a long time dream for Olen and Roberta Collum.
In August of 2004 their dream
came true.
After spending most of their
lives in Marin County, California (just north of San Francisco)
where they raised their twin daughter and son while maintaining
a household that included Robbie's mother and father, a dog
named Ginger and various other members of their extended family,
Olen and Roberta (Oly & Robbie) sold the house, put the
Harley on a trailer, and chased their dream up to Happy Camp,
California were they purchased the 38 acre campground and RV
park in the Klamath National Forest on the banks of Elk Creek
called the Elk Creek Campground & RV Park.
